Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using We Make Stuff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and sellers.
2. Marketplace Role
We Make Stuff is a marketplace platform. We connect independent artists with buyers. We do not manufacture or warehouse goods. Artists list products and are responsible for their accuracy, quality, and fulfilment.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). A platform fee of 5% applies to each sale. The remaining amount constitutes the artist's earnings, paid out periodically. We Make Stuff is not responsible for disputes arising from Razorpay's payment processing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic delivery is facilitated through Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions beyond our control. Tracking information is provided via AWB number upon shipment creation. We Make Stuff is not liable for delays or losses during transit.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the nature of the item and the reason for return. Handmade and limited-edition items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to list counterfeit, AI-generated, or otherwise infringing works. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, We Make Stuff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
